I love smoothies of all sorts. Breakfast smoothies, light smoothies, fruit or vegetable smoothies, you name it, I will probably like it. That said, I woke up the other morning craving something a little bit different than my usual breakfast smoothie. I decided to make an avocado smoothie! It was surprisingly refreshing, and perfect for these last few days of summer. It makes a delicious treat or even a dessert! And it’s thick and creamy enough that you can eat it like soft-serve ice cream.
- almond milk
- vanilla extract
- ice cubes
Blend it all together and enjoy!
